God Is Our Refuge

This is such a beautiful promise! “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” Psalms 46:1-5 KJV

When I read these verses from the book of Psalms I feel such peace in my heart and soul for I know the Lord has full control of this earth and all that will ever happen in my life. When I put my trust in Him and hold to His promises to me I know without a shadow of a doubt I will experience all the wonderful blessing He has stored up for me and not only me but all who put their trust in Him.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11 KJV

God Bless you my friends. Have a wonderful and blessed day and life! ~Jeanette
